Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Options
FREE DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75 being shipped to Great Britain.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery is provided by Hermes, items should arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order, more information is provided in the table below. The weight and cost of shipping will be automated calculated during checkout.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Our express delivery option is also provided by Hermes and items should arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order, more information is provided in the table below. The weight and cost of shipping will be automated calculated during checkout.

PO BOXES
Our main delivery partner, Hermes are currently unable to provide delivery to PO Boxes. If you wish to order for delivery to a PO Box, please contact sales@meliora.co.uk and we can arrange alternative delivery options for you. If your order is above £75, we will provide free shipping via Royal Mail.
BRITISH OVERSEAS
We are currently unable to offer shipping to British overseas territories as standard. Please contact sales@meliora.co.uk for a custom shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently reviewing our international shipping providers. We are pleased to offer shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia and across Europe on packages up to 15kg.
If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order but are unable to select shipping on our site, please email sales@meliora.co.uk and we will do our best to provide a custom quote.
Please note, any orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local duties and taxes which will be the customers responsibility.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@meliora.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Full details are outlined in our Returns Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@meliora.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
