Zabuton Meditation Mat

In the Japanese Zen tradition, a zabuton (flat mat) and a zafu (meditation cushion) or wooden meditation stool define a meditation space wherever they are laid out. The Meliora Meditation Mat combines traditional design with luxurious comfort and support for any length of meditation practice. The extra thick cushioning (7cm deep) removes pressure from your joints and allows you to be fully absorbed in your practice.

Our mats are designed and made here in the UK by specialist seamstresses using high quality materials. The cushion itself is produced from recycled foam and covered with heavy-gauge durable cotton.

Care Instructions

Our Zabuton Meditation Mat can be kept in top condition by occasionally brushing with a stiff brush dipped in lukewarm water.
