Cork Yoga Mat

The Meliora Cork Yoga Mat is a wonderful addition to your yoga practice, it not only delivers great performance but is also an environmentally conscious choice. The mat is composed of sustainably sourced cork upper and natural rubber base to keep you grounded and ensure your mat doesn’t slip. Our favourite feature of natural cork is that it’s grip increases when wet, making it the perfect choice for hot yoga or hot days.

Our cork is harvested from Cork Oak trees, which naturally regenerate their bark after every harvest. The trees are harvested every 7-10 years and can live for more than 200 years which makes cork a fully renewable resource, even better it’s also completely biodegradable and recyclable.

Care Instructions

To keep your mat in tip-top shape, avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to heat. Always ensure your mat is dry prior to rolling or storing.

For cleaning, use a damp cloth to wipe over the surface and allow to dry thoroughly before rolling or storing.

For a deeper clean, we recommend the Meliora mat spray – use 3-5 sprays and wipe over with a clean damp cloth.
